Abstract: We know that schools as their professions are important parts in a person‟s social build character, that‟s happen because it is the place that our youngers stay the biggest part of theirs days. We also know that in your biggest numbers, schools have an ethic belief and moral system based on the actual society‟s culture, what can makes it be silent about bullying situations, principally in homophobic situations. The school as the society makes rules and models and hopes everyone that is on its domain follow this rules without run of from it, but when this doesn‟t happen, when a subject departs from this imposed norm and follow its own way? The present search brings the educators‟ perspective facing the coexistence with transsexual students and their attitudes in face of events involving these subjects.
