Abstract: At first, this work seeks to bring to discussion, some factors and the various forms of violence that occurred in particular in the school spaces of the public network of Goiana-PE. Our intention is to highlight the causes and consequences of the physical, psychological violence of the subjects involved in this scenario. Among the various forms of violence, one of them is very pertinent to be focused in this context, bullying. The study research aims to show some factors that instigate violence in the school environment between students, teachers, managers and employees who work in the units of the municipal education of Goiana. The intention of this work is not to exhaust the theme in itself, but to contribute to a school where the path of respect, solidarity, inclusion, quality learning and peace is achieved. Three municipal schools in the city of Goiana are participating as subjects of the survey. The methodology used throughout the data collection works was through formal interviews by means of a half-structured questionnaire that is available in the annex where, the questions were carried out in order to report facts and events occurring internally and Outside of the school environment.
