Abstract:The present work of course completion aims to analyze how the practice of planning, from the steering, coordination and teaching function, of a municipal school, observing if the planning is being executed in accordance with the principles of the act of To plan, as well as for the development of the school teaching-learning process, through bibliographic research whose result is presented as a support and research material for students and professionals in Education. At first, in the months of August and September, the research was carried out through reading and bibliographical consultations and later, in October and December, the case study was carried out in a municipal school, in the city of Maceió – AL. A study developed through the qualitative approach, outlining in a case study. As a result, we identify planning as an effective form of effective practice of school success and as an instrument facilitating the teacher-student relationship.
