Abstract: The teaching of science with the use of new technologies offers students a new look at the school, favoring them to build new knowledge in a more attractive, dynamic and satisfying way. In this sense, the present work had as a general objective analyze of the teaching of Science, the BNCC and the use of educational technologies in the context of the Pandemic in the public school system of the county of Brejo da Madre de Deus/PE. And the specific objectives were: to analyze the use of technologies in Science teaching in the context of the Pandemic; understand the educational reality through the perception of teachers in the municipality of Brejo da Madre de Deus-PE; identify positive points, negative points and challenges in the relationship between Science teaching, BNCC and technologies in the Pandemic. In this sense, it is interesting to highlight the importance of the continued education of teachers, as well as their role as a mediator to improve the teaching and learning process of students and their performance in society. The theoretical referential was about the teaching of science and technologies in education, the BNCC, challenges and possibilities of using technologies in education during the pandemic. The methodology used was the descriptive research, the method used was the study of case with teachers of Science teaching of the public school system in the city of Brejo da Madre de Deus/PE. In addition, bibliographic research was used using books, articles and documents of science education, the common national basis, use of technologies in science education, education in the context of the Pandemic. Thus, it was analyzed that with the emergence of the covid-19 Pandemic, innumerous difficulties emerged on the part of students, such as lack of access and acquisition of technological equipment, lack of good quality internet, lack of monitoring those responsible in pedagogical activities, as for the teachers was the lack of formation in the technological area, lack of technological equipment, lack of good quality internet. Therefore, this reflects that there is still a long way to go of challenges in education. Likewise, the use of technology was observed as a positive point, which is something indispensable in education, especially in the current reality with the covid-19 pandemic, making it essential to use technological tools in science education, as well as in any area of education, contributing significantly to the teaching and learning process.
