Abstract: This is an exploratory research, which aimed to show the need to use technological resources in early childhood education. Considered to be the true ‘door of the educational process’, children’s education needs to develop contemplating the use of technological resources in the classroom. This is because in today’s world, children have a constant interaction with technology, developing skills in which outnumber the adults. Thus, there is no way to develop children’s education without it making use of technology. The non-inclusion of technologies in this educational mode sets up a claim to develop an educational process disconnected from reality. Regardless of the type of media used, the technologies are important for children’s education, they are indispensable tools in modern day combined with the knowledge of the teacher provide the development of children. Through this research can be seen that most of the teachers interviewed believe that is able to develop its activities in early childhood education, using technological resources. The data collected also show that all teachers understand that technological resources bring a great contribution to the teaching-learning process performed in early childhood education and for this reason, the use of these resources in this type of education should be encouraged and valued, while the school the obligation to implement this process and the teacher, the mission to empower themselves steadily to further develop their teaching activities.
