Abstract: Early Childhood Education is characterized by a more prominent scenario and changes in its institutional trajectory of care for children from welfare to the educational function. The challenges of education, still, the challenges are the education of the Constitution temdo1988 and the challenges of new laws of LDB (LDB) Therefore, the training aims to compare the legal frameworks that govern early childhood education with the pedagogical political project of the School Teacher Ericina Bandeira Fernandes Children’s Center in Caiçara do Rio Vento/RN, the teacher initiation of children’s writing. The research is of basic education, as for the procedures, it is documentary and presents the researcher’s experience reports in children. The research field was the Escola Municipal Centro Infantil Professora Ericina Bandeira Fernandes (CIPEBF), in the municipality of Caiçara do Rio do Vento/RN. The data collection activity, of the Pedagogical Political Project, took place in the period of attendance to May 2019. No document is only care for biological development, but the opportunity of a mentioned space, a service and a learning process that prepare children for the next stages of life. Children need to be known for their spontaneous initiatives and encouraged to: play outdoors, feelings and thoughts, develop an imagination, curiosity and the ability to express themselves, continually expand and expand the world, nature and culture supported by appropriate pedagogical strategies, diversify activities, choices and interaction partners in the school environment.
