Consisted of a field research about learning disabilities, through a descriptive qualitative approach. We aimed to investigate the causes of learning disabilities through the elementary school teachers’ point of view of a public school, seeking an understanding about the difficulties encountered by the teacher in the classroom. Its specific objectives are to define and differentiate the disorders that influence learning disabilities, and identify methods that can contribute to assist in working with children who have difficulty learning through a love relationship, respecting the limit of these children. It is justified by the growing number of cases of children with learning difficulties at school and the discomfort faced by parents and teachers in dealing with such issues become an obstacle in the development of teaching-learning process. The results presented in the survey showed that most teachers are unaware of the learning disorders and have difficulty in classifying their causes or name the problem it faces, even how to conduct appropriate intervention for the student to overcome these difficulties . But the lack of family commitment to learning is a major factor that influences learning difficulties in the classroom according to the teachers participating in the survey. The theme of learning disability has been studied since the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, will be shown both science and parents and educators saw the child who does not learn as abnormal person who needed special medical care to develop. The myth created around children with learning difficulties, which were regarded as people incapable of learning, created a blockade and prejudices visible to this day. In today’s time, for education has become indispensable psychoanalytic knowledge as theoretical basis for certain understandings and educational practices. Educators must look for new ways and alternatives for all delicate process of learning, it is necessary that the student feel good, we need this to feel pleasure in learning.
